1. INTRODUCTORY PROVISIONS
These Terms and Conditions govern the mutual rights and obligations arising between the Seller and the Buyer in connection with the purchase of goods through the Top-Trendy.cz online store.

2. INFORMATION ABOUT GOODS AND PRICES
Information about the goods, their main characteristics, availability and prices is provided on the individual product pages of the online store.
Prices are stated in Czech crowns (CZK) including VAT.
Delivery costs and any additional charges are displayed to the Customer before the order is submitted with an obligation to pay.
The Seller reserves the right to change the product range and prices. For an already concluded purchase contract, the price applicable at the time the order was placed shall apply.
3. ORDERS AND CONCLUSION OF THE PURCHASE CONTRACT
The Buyer selects the required goods, adds them to the shopping cart and subsequently selects the delivery and payment method.
Before submitting the order, the Buyer has the opportunity to review and correct the information entered.
By submitting the order, the Buyer confirms that they have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
After receiving the order, the Seller will send confirmation to the e-mail address provided by the Buyer in the order.
The purchase contract is concluded when the order is confirmed by the Seller.
4. PAYMENT TERMS
The Buyer may use the payment methods currently available in the Top-Trendy.cz online store.
Available payment methods may include in particular:
– online payment by debit or credit card,
– Apple Pay,
– Google Pay,
– online bank payment,
– bank transfer,
– cash on delivery (COD),
– and other payment methods currently displayed during checkout.
Online payments may be processed through an external payment service provider, in particular the GoPay payment gateway or another payment service provider available in the online store.
The specific payment methods available and any related fees are displayed to the Customer before the order is finally submitted.
5. DELIVERY AND SHIPPING
Goods are delivered using the delivery methods currently offered by the online store.
The available delivery options and their prices are displayed during checkout before the Customer submits the order.
Orders are processed and dispatched without undue delay, subject to the availability of the ordered goods.
If the ordered goods cannot be delivered, the Seller will contact the Customer without undue delay.
If the Customer has already paid for an order that the Seller is unable to fulfil, the corresponding amount paid will be refunded.
6. ACCEPTANCE OF GOODS
The Buyer should check the condition of the parcel upon receipt.
If the parcel is visibly damaged upon delivery, the Buyer is advised to notify both the carrier and the Seller without undue delay.
7. WITHDRAWAL FROM THE CONTRACT AND RETURN OF GOODS
If the Buyer is a consumer, they have the right, in cases provided for by law, to withdraw from a distance contract without giving any reason within 14 days.
The withdrawal period generally begins on the day the goods are received.

Please send returned goods to the address above. Please do not send returned goods to the company's registered office.
The Buyer must send the goods back without undue delay and no later than within the period prescribed by applicable law.
The Buyer bears the direct costs associated with returning the goods unless applicable law or an agreement with the Seller provides otherwise.
The Seller will refund the consumer all payments received, including delivery costs to the extent required by law.
The refund will be made using the same payment method originally used by the Customer unless otherwise agreed.
The Seller is not required to issue the refund before receiving the returned goods or before the consumer provides evidence that the goods have been sent back, whichever occurs first.
The right of withdrawal does not apply in cases where applicable law excludes such a right.
8. COMPLAINTS AND RIGHTS ARISING FROM DEFECTIVE GOODS
The Seller is responsible for ensuring that the goods are free from defects upon receipt and comply with the agreed and statutory requirements.
If the goods are defective, the Buyer may exercise their rights arising from defective performance in accordance with applicable legislation.

Please send goods submitted for complaint to the address above. Please do not send complaints or returned goods to the company's registered office.
When submitting a complaint, we recommend providing the order number, a description of the defect and the Customer's contact details.
Consumer complaints will be handled within the statutory period unless the Seller and the consumer agree on a longer period.
9. REFUNDS
If the Customer becomes entitled to a refund, the relevant amount will generally be refunded using the same payment method used for the original payment unless the Customer and the Seller agree otherwise.
For payments made through a payment gateway, the refund may be processed through the relevant payment service provider.
10. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
The Seller processes Customers' personal data in accordance with applicable legislation.

11. ALTERNATIVE DISPUTE RESOLUTION
If a consumer dispute arises between the Seller and the consumer and cannot be resolved by mutual agreement, the consumer may use alternative dispute resolution.

12. FINAL PROVISIONS
Rights and obligations not expressly regulated by these Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, in particular the relevant provisions of the Civil Code and consumer protection legislation.
The Seller is entitled to amend or supplement these Terms and Conditions. The version of the Terms and Conditions effective at the time the relevant purchase contract was concluded shall apply to each individual order.
These Terms and Conditions are effective from 10 August 2026.
