User Data Deletion Instructions
USER DATA DELETION INSTRUCTIONS & PRIVACY POLICY
Top Trendy (hereinafter referred to as the "Data Controller") fully respects your right to privacy and personal data protection in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR) and third-party developer platform terms (including Meta / Facebook Platform Terms, Google API Services User Data Policy, and Seznam.cz).
Under Article 17 of the GDPR (Right to Erasure / "Right to be Forgotten"), every user, registered customer, and website visitor has the right to request the permanent deletion of their personal data from our entire system.

1. WHAT DATA WE PROCESS AND CAN BE DELETED

When you register, place an order, or log in to our store, we only process necessary data:
- Identification & Contact Data: Full name, email address, phone number, shipping and billing address.
- Third-Party Connected Accounts (Facebook, Google, Seznam): Unique user identifier (User ID), name, and email address provided by the respective authentication service.
- Customer Profile & Activity: User profile, saved addresses, wishlist, order history, and marketing consent records.
Upon submitting a deletion request, all personal data listed above will be permanently deleted or irreversibly anonymized.

2. HOW TO DELETE YOUR DATA FROM OUR SYSTEM

You may request or perform the deletion of your personal data through any of the following methods:
METHOD A: SELF-SERVICE VIA TOP TRENDY CUSTOMER ACCOUNT
If you have a registered customer account on our website:
1. Log in to your account at: /login
2. Navigate to "My Account" and select "Privacy and Data" (/account/privacy).
3. In the "Delete Account" section, click the "Delete Account" button.
4. Enter your current password to confirm and submit your request.
Your customer account and associated personal data will be immediately and permanently deleted.
METHOD B: REMOVE CONNECTED THIRD-PARTY ACCOUNTS
If you use third-party OAuth providers to log in, you can revoke access and trigger deletion directly from those platforms:
1. Facebook Login:
- Log in to your Facebook profile, navigate to "Settings & Privacy" > "Settings".
- Select "Apps and Websites" from the left menu.
- Locate "Top Trendy" and click "Remove".
- Confirm deletion of data. Facebook will send a data deletion request to our server and generate a tracking confirmation code.
2. Google Login:
- Go to your Google Account security permissions at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
- Under third-party apps with account access, select "Top Trendy".
- Click "Remove Access".
3. Seznam.cz Login:
- Log in to your Seznam.cz account under "Account and Security" > "Login with Seznam".
- Revoke permissions granted to Top Trendy.
METHOD C: DIRECT REQUEST TO CUSTOMER SUPPORT
If you checked out as a guest, cannot access your account, or prefer direct manual deletion:
1. Send an email to: kontakt@top-trendy.cz (or hoang3594@gmail.com).
2. Subject line: "Personal Data Deletion Request (GDPR)".
3. In the body of the email, provide your full name and the email address associated with your purchases or account (or Facebook ID / Google email).
4. You may also submit your request through our contact form at /napiste-nam.

3. PROCESSING TIMELINE & CONFIRMATION

- We process all deletion requests free of charge without undue delay, and at the latest within 30 calendar days of receipt.
- Once the deletion or anonymization process is complete, we will send you a formal confirmation email.

4. STATUTORY RETENTION EXCEPTIONS (TAX & ACCOUNTING LAWS)

Please note that pursuant to Czech and EU statutory regulations (notably the Czech Accounting Act and VAT Act), the Data Controller is legally required to retain accounting and tax documents (such as invoices and order receipts) for a mandatory period (typically 5 to 10 years). Such records cannot be deleted prior to the expiration of the statutory period, but are strictly archived and never used for marketing or profiling purposes.
